Faux X-ray

Radiography began in 1895 with the discovery of X-rays.  Today, digital radiography has almost completely replaced film and computed tomography (CT) allows sectional images to be obtained, resulting in a 3D representation.  Our Faux X-ray style builds on the look of these distinctive medical images and creates believable visuals for both 2D and 3D applications.  Depending on your message, sometimes a mixture of styles can be appropriate.  Medical devices can be displayed as photo-realistic renderings to illustrate their form and a secondary image of the device in action in our Faux X-ray style can help to complete the picture.
